Hal positif Tempat yang unik, dengan desain tenda seperti camping tapi fasilitas cukup bagus. Pada masa pandemic ini hotel menawarkan paket menginap termasuk sarapan dan makan malam dengan harga yang cukup menarik dibandingkan pesan di aplikasi agen online. Saya memilih type tenda Apache yang bisa memuat 4 orang ada satu tempat tidur ukuran besar dan dua buah sofa bed yang bisa dilipat. Pelayanan staf pada umumnya bagus dan ramah, Kolam renang, cukup bagus, ada seluncuran dan beberapa fasilitas seperti layaknya di water park. Banyak fasilitas bermain anak, seperti memanah, naik kuda, outbound. Ada juga sesi memberi makan rusa yang cukup menarik untuk dicoba. Ada kebun bunga Makan malam hanya dapat dua pilihan menu yang menurut saya kurang enak. Sarapan dengan prasmanan lumayan banyak pilihan, hanya saja kebetulan salah satu kue basahnya basi saya lapor ke petugas, langsung di-follow up Hal minus Kamar kalau siang hari panas. Petugas front office pertama saya datang kurang antusias melayani,,, mungkin karena saya belum reservasi, jadi saya dikira hanya tamu yang tidak niat menginap. Setelah saya bayar, baru pelayanan berubah jadi ramah perlu ditatar Areal hotel yang luas sehingga disediakan antar jemput dari kamar ke fasilitas umum, namun terkadang harus antri dan bergabung dengan tamu lain. Yang perlu diperhatikan adalah protokol kesehatan sepertinya hanya slogan saja, tidak dijalankan dengan sepenuh hati. Tertarik selain karena dekat dengan objek2 wisata Curug Nangka, Curug Daun, dll namun resort ini jg menyediakan hiburan2 yg menarik terutama utk anak2 tentunya, Jadi, kami memesan kamar Mongolian - deluxe utk 2 malam & mndptkan kamar yg unik, kamar semi permanen tenda & beton dgn fasilitas yg memadai air panas, sofa bed, heater, kulkas, dll. Dari informasi pegawainya ada bbrapa tipe kamar - Mongolia Standar - Mongolia Superior - Mongolia Deluxe tempat kami menginap - Rumah kayu/wood cabin - Apache Standar Utk 4 tipe di atas lokasinya cukup dekat dgn lobby & kolam renang, cukup dgn jalan singkat utk ke lokasi utama lobby, resto, dll. Utk Apache agak jauh, namun disediakan transportasi oleh pihak HPR. Utk yg datang dgn rombongan/keluarga besar sepertinya ada jg yg tipe “Barak†utk Apache & Mongolian. Utk fasilitas hiburan di resort ini cukup banyak, gratis & brbayar. Yg gratis ada kolam renang, playground, lapangan basket & futsal, game room tenis meja, bilyar, dll. Tapi kalau mau nambah experience utk anak2, bisa mencoba archery, paintball, flyingfox, mini golf, driving range, horse riding yg berbayar tentunya little bit pricey though. Salah satu yg menarik pas malam hari ada api unggun di depan resto PHR dgn permainan anak2 yg gratis mini golf, ring toss, bottle game & serunya lg games2 kecil ini trnyata berhadiah voucher lho!! Oya resto nya jg mantap, sarapannya lumayan lengkap & enak, menu dinner nya jg enak bayar dgn reasonable price 400K-ish for 4. Salah satu catatan kami yg menarik adalah percakapan dgn karyawan HPR, yg menerangkan pengembangan HPR, serta sikap pemilik HPR yg sangat toleran, disiplin & sangat sosial. Respect!!!
